Blair Portier's wife gave him an unexpected surprise when she brought home a $5 Fabulous Fortune scratch-off ticket. The 51-year old Houma resident scratched the ticket and discovered he won a $100,000 top prize, which he claimed at the 飞艇168®幸运体彩预测-全国统一Louisiana在线官方查询结果网-最新体彩预测数据's New Orleans office.
"It's an awesome feeling — still hard to believe!" he exclaimed.
Portier's wife purchased his winning ticket at Ricky's Quick Stop on West Park Avenue in Houma. He said he plans to use his winnings to pay off debts.
Fabulous Fortune is one of the Lottery's $5 scratch-off games. It has three top prizes of $100,000 remaining as of March 4 and offers players the chance to win up to 15 times.
